Bennington Lions Club PRC Rodeo
Bennington is home to the annual Bennington Lions Club PRC Rodeo, held the first weekend of June. Come enjoy our Muncipal Swimming Pool and Antelope Park. Our downtown features The Linger Longer Ice Cream Parlor (features original soda fountain and backbar); Westside Ventures for a deli sandwich daily or broasted chicken two evenings a week; a home cooked meal at Our Place Cafe or kickback with a cold beer at The Dog House Bar. The relocated Bennington Depot features special music programs. 3 Rivers Art Studio and Gallery is home to local artist Debbie Wagner, she also displays artwork from other local artists.
Event Description: BBQ begins each night at 6pm. Music show begins at 6:30pm with music from the "Riders Ford" band out of Oklahoma. Rodeo begins at 8pm each night. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the gate for adults, $2 in advance and $3 at the gate for children 6-12, and children 5 and under are free. Please call (785) 488-3344 for more information.
